Office hours

Weekdays- 8h00 to 17h00 – after hour appointments can be arranged at an additional fee.
Saturday/Sunday/Public Holidays – Closed; emergency patients by appointment only.

Appointments

All treatment sessions are appointment based. All musculo-skeletal appointments are booked for 45 minutes except in the case of home visits where travel time is calculated into the appointment time.

Patients who require neurological rehabilitation (stroke, spinal cord injury) require an hour session.

During the first consultation, a full assessment of the condition will be done plus a treatment. Depending on the condition the number, frequency and duration of any proposed treatment sessions will be discussed with the patient. Future appointments will be booked accordingly.

Our treatment rates for 2019 are as follows:

Musculoskeletal treatments – R500 per 45min treatment session.
Neurology patients – R620 for an hour rehabilitation session.
Chest Patients- R390.
Pilates classes – R420/month.
Individual Pilates sessions – You will receive the full attention of the therapist for a full 45 minutes and as such the fee will be R500

Home visits: These can be organized at the discretion of the treating physiotherapist and an additional fee of R170 or the appropriate AA rates will be levied should travel outside of town be necessary, depending on the distances involved (greater than 10 kms from the city center). 

Missed appointments

PLEASE inform us at least two hours prior to your appointment if you will not be able to make it… If you are 15min or more late for your appointment it will be canceled and you will need to reschedule and may be charged missed appointment.

We charge a fee for missed appointments!

If you fail to cancel your appointment a fee of R250 will be charged. (This is in line with the HPCSA’s guidelines)

PLEASE NOTE:
Please discuss your treatment needs with the treating physiotherapist. We are not contracted into any of the medical aid schemes. The patient will be charged cash / card or EFT upfront and will be issued a statement that they can submit to their medical aid for payment, the patient will remain liable at all times!
